Food Diary

Breakfast was meehoon with a fried egg and tops with curry gravy and lunch was the same too.. portion enough for two add with curry gravy, a spoonful of minced pork with salted vegetable, a chinese sausage. Snack; a handful of almond. Dinner was large lou shu fun pork special

Exercise Diary

Nothing done. I’m getting lazy. FML
