I’ve gained back to 94kg, I”M FUCKING SAD. I seriously need my major motivation back. It was 89kg previously, and now my laziness strikes. and weight just double up back. I feel shallow again.
Breakfast was 2 cup of milo without sugar both hot and cold, then fried egg mee with pork delicacies and vegetables. Dinner was super fattening, roasted duck, fried egg with long bean, chicken with abalone slices and red bean mix with egg and half bowl of rice. I still feeling bloated right now. and not forgotten tong yuen taufufar. FML
Does standing for 4 hours non-stop consider exercising?
