two post in a day, improvement people. FML. more like forgetting the previous one.
Breakfast, nasi lemak with 2 fried kuih and 2 chicken drumstick meat and a few potatoes with a glass of coffee then it was lunch which was fried mihun with fatty pork and 10 wantans and curry potatoes enough for 2 portion and a few hours later dinner which was red wine pork rib with french fries, spaghetti carbonara with nasi lemak again without the rice. and a cup of non sugar orange juice
Totally did nothing 😦 I’m destined to be fat
