missed a day on my f and e diary

Food Diary

Breakfast was soya bean w/o sugar and fried meehoon top with curry gravy and 5 meatball then lunch was fried chicken, sauted sausage, fish, ham and 2 rice spoon of rice with orange juice drinks. Dinner was fried mee with sambal and fried ham top with 3 yau char koay and 1 bowl of dessert.

Exercise Diary

Just walk up to pasar pagi. around 2000++ steps taken from walkmate
