Breakfast was orange juice w/o sugar, wan tan mee with at least 5 delicacies in it. 5 white biscuits. Lunch was curry me with at least 6 delicacies of red meat fattening which I’m feeling guilty over it thus skipping dinner. 😦 too much calories and fat intake is not good
did the otoman for morning and evening session, i think both last more than 5 minutes. then slight aerobic less than 5 minutes as well. had to buckle up. I think my running shoes is calling my name.
