Susan Boyle – I Dreamed a Dream

I dreamed a dream in time gone by
When hope was high,
And life worth living
I dreamed that love would never die
I dreamed that God would be forgiving.

Then I was young and unafraid
When dreams were made and used,
And wasted
There was no ransom to be paid
No song unsung,
No wine untasted.

But the tigers come at night
With their voices soft as thunder
As they tear your hopes apart
As they turn your dreams to shame.

And still I dream he’ll come to me
And we will live our lives together
But there are dreams that cannot be
And there are storms
We cannot weather…

I had a dream my life would be
So different from this hell I’m living
So different now from what it seems
Now life has killed
The dream I dreamed.

I loved her, she was like a rare diamond among those gems, a very valueable one indeed too.

I was captivated by her voice when she sang the song from Les Miserables. She was wearing this very simple dress and without much attraction from the physical appearance but yet it was felt the inner her was a bubbly and sweet lady. Aww.. I just love her.

A few years back she even sang another song for a charity CD. Without a say, it was beautifully sang too.

This Song is Emotions Overflowing

Endless Story – Yuna Ito

this is how song were suppose to be.

emotions overflowing.

sometimes i don’t get it what’s with all those latest trend in songs [even though, i still hear a portion of it] like songs from flo rida, hei she hui mei mei, Kid Rock, Chamellion.

those song are like just by-passer. once hear, then that’s it. nothing felt, nothing sense, just a plain song. yet they could still sell the CD. whereelse those that really produce good music wasn’t really appreciate.

and the worst part, those that can’t sing could still be singer. [points finger at F4] but somehow i tend to find that Chinese artist are really annoying. they can’t sing yet, but still can sell their album. either the fans are blind, or the artist got magic power. wtf.

if i ask my friends, somehow they could remember songs from the 80′s and 90′s more than the current songs. the songs are all being aired quickly and vanish quickly too. wtf

That’s why i’m wondering why the heck music industry still ask people to support original?

when they couldn’t produce good quality music, they still expect people to flunk out RM49.90 for a piece of shit that have 12 songs but maybe only 2 songs are hear-able. others are still the pile of shit.

Original cd that i’ve bought before are countable because it is that sad. no good quality music. others are all either get it from friend or download. what to do, i don’t want to waste my moolah. even buying it from pasar malam for RM5 per piece, i also take it as a waste of my money.

ORIGINAL? Tak nak! Piracy? Tak nak! Other Than That, Boleh!

Malaysia Boleh! wtf.

Oh, if i were to mention about artist from our Bolehland, damn it would be more cursing to do. wtf

Nobody~~

all along i’ve been a great fan of two Korean band. a boy group ‘ Big Bang’ and girl group ‘Wonder Girls’

both of their song are much more fun and the rhythm is more lively.

would just love to share it

:)

Nobody – Wonder Girls

So Hot – Wonder Girls

Tell Me – Wonder Girls

Lies – Big Bang

We Belong Together – Big Bang

Farewell – Big Bang

Red Cliff Part 1 Review

Ivy’s Red Cliff Part 1 Review

A MUST WATCH MOVIE OF THE YEAR!! in my list.

i used to like all those war film, especially those based on true stories. The Patriot also nice by Mel Gibson!!

At first i wanted to watch Batman, but due to reasons not more nice seating. Me and Kate just choose to watch Red Cliff. At first we’re quite reluctant because i’m just afraid it will turn out like The Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon, till this day, i still don’t like that movie.

BUT BUT BUT..
RED CLIFF MUST WATCH!!

Even though it’s a war movie which many would assume it’s boring, but it isn’t. still got the funny part of it. maybe many wouldn’t want to watch it because it is in Mandarin. but nevermind what, got subtitle one.

Me likey Zhou Yu, Zhu GeLiang. I like how clever are they in the movie where they know how to strategies the whole war.

The movie is separated into two parts because it’s a very long movie. Part 2 will hit the big screen next year January. had to wait again.

i’m out of words, because the movie is just too nice!

love how everything was potray nicely!

I used to play all those PS games and among one of my favourite is the Chinese war game. and all those character in the game, all also got inside the movie. partly.

I don’t mind watching second time, anyone need accompany to go watch?

Batman, The Dark Knight Review

Ivy’s Review

I don’t usually fancy all this heroic movie because i find it too naive. but the batman movie is very interesting. i like how everything is potray in it. i like how christian bale act and that batman voice is just so macho.

but i think the Joker by Heath Ledger stole a huge part of the show, i like how he acted the whole Joker attitude, insane yet insane. I still think he’s act perfectly! even thou there is a slight different from the previous Joker. why so serious?

the whole 2 hours 30 minutes of the movie was worth my every second freezing in the cinema. Especially the part where Joker gave starts to play around with no rules and how everything was plan earlier.

There were a few scene that i find really touching. the most touching scene is when two ships were suppose to have bomb and the Joker ask them to bomb either one ship. :( one is with prisoner in it another one was with good ol citizen. normally people would have thought the prisoner would just bomb the citizen away, but the fellow prisoner just throw away the bomb device. super touching. everyone was too kind and doesn’t want to kill people on the other boat.

In the end, the hero goes to Harvey Dent and batman remain as the guardian of the Gotham city.

This Guy Is Breathtaking

First love by Utada Hikaru was always on top of my favourite song of all time.

I never heard before the piano version of it thou.

Awhile ago, Jeffrey show me this youtube video, and i’m totally addictive into it already.

It just felt so whimsical.

I love this guy, mavennium

I tend to find that guy that could play piano really good, is just too cute to be true.

Guess i shall start to get my ass to a music learning centre because i also wanna play as good as this guy.

Imma play till nut crack also couldn’t get this good.

*self pat* i’m a very talented pianist.

wtf, too good too be true.

The 11th Hour

I got 2 free ticket passes for the movie or more like a film documentary, The 11th Hour. It was a free movie ticket from YTL Community, catch the movie at the Kuala Lumpur Performing Arts Center or more known as KLPac, date was on 4th May, which is yesterday.

Since i’ve got an extra ticket don’t really want to waste it. So i ask Beannie along. Boy, the girl nearly fall asleep through the movie, and me too, literally.

TheProvence’s Review

It’s a very scary movie, as in the way it gives us a thought of how would our baby earth be like if we don’t do anything right now. Yet it still brings out the message really clear. Which is STOP THE F**KING ECONOMICAL THAT COULD PRODUCE A FEW MORE INCREASE IN THE DEGREE TEMPERATURE!!!!

But somehow i couldn’t really get myself felt connected to the movie. Don’t know was it because the whole documentary felt as if it was more like a message to the American, as in the American Government. Bush Bush, Do u get it?

If you like to watch documentary about earth this one seems not bad.

But not really a 2nd go for me, if i had another chance.

I’m trying to search for the documentary that the other day, I saw on the Oprah Winfrey Show. I’m still trying to figure out, what is the name of the documentary that Oprah recommended.

Someone please let me know, if you do know

I’ll really love you if you do.
